About

Peter O'Sullivan is a commercial leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth and building high-performing teams across Europe and North America. As the founder of Rocky Place Consulting, Peter leverages his background from companies like Stripe, Airwallex, and Gartner to deliver strategic insights and practical solutions.

At Stripe, Peter was one of the first sales hires and scaled the startup and SMB sectors across multiple regions in EMEA and led revenue growth in emerging markets. At Airwallex, he built and led Go-To-Market teams in EMEA, overseeing Sales, Account Management, Channel Partnerships, Sales Enablement and SDR functions.

With a career spanning Finance, SaaS, Consulting, Advisory, and Fintech, Peter has synthesised strategies that are successfully implementable across businesses of all sizes and industries. He believes that best practices should not be reserved for large organisations with extensive budgets, but can be effectively applied to businesses at any stage of growth.

He holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership from University College Dublin and a BSC in Economics and Finance from Maynooth University.
